Compoziția păsturii: Păstură 100%

Deşi are o compoziţie asemănătoare polenului, păstura are proprietăți chiar mai valoroase decât acesta datorită conţinutului ridicat de zaharuri simple, vitamine A, B, C, E şi K, acid lactic, enzime şi minerale (sodiu, potasiu, fosfor, zinc, magneziu, calciu, fier, seleniu), aminoacizi esențiali. Complexul de vitamine, minerale, lacto-fermenți, aminoacizi şi enzime ce se găsesc în păstură fac din aceasta o importantă sursă benefică de energie, vitalitate şi bunăstare generală.

Modul de păstrare a păsturii: bine închisă, la temperatura camerei (15-20 °C), ferită de umezeală și căldură.


Administrarea păsturii de albine: Se recomandă consumul în cure de minim 6 săptămâni, dar poate fi consumat tot timpul anului, fără restricții.

Doza uzuală recomandată:

Copii: minim 1 linguriță pe zi – 3g.

Adulți: minim 1 lingură pe zi – 5-10g

Consumul de păstură este indicat copiilor, pâinea albinelor suplimentând lipsa de proteine şi vitamine cauzată de o alimentaţie dezechilibrată. În unele situaţii, doza recomandată poate fi mărită, în funcţie de indicaţiile medicului apifitoterapeut.

Datorită procesului de fermentare, păstura este indicată persoanelor cu o sensibilitate ridicată la polen. Din acelaşi motiv poate fi păstrată la temperatura camerei fără ca proprietăţile acesteia să se altereze.
