Mierea polifloră este obținută din nectarul mai multor specii de plante care înfloresc în aceeași perioadă. Culoarea și aroma variază în funcție de tipul de floare predominant.
Din ce este alcătuită mierea polifloră?
Mierea polifloră conține vitamine din complexul B și C, enzime, acizi organici (acid lactic, acid gluconic) și diverse săruri minerale (fier, fosfor, calciu, potasiu). Conținutul de glucoză, sucroză și fructoză o face ușor de asimilat.
Beneficii pentru sănătatea ta
Mierea polifloră are o mulțime de efecte benefice asupra sănătății: stimulează apetitul, facilitează procesul digestiv, îmbunătățește activitatea inimii și a ficatului, determină o creștere a procentului de hemoglobină din sânge și este un excelent remediu pentru oboseala fizică și psihică.
Acest tip de miere este recomandat pentru tratarea anorexiei datorită conținutului său ridicat în fier. De asemenea, un consum regulat de miere polifloră poate preveni problemele de creștere și demineralizare a oaselor.
Cum se folosește mierea polifloră
Mierea polifloră este cea mai indicată pentru remediile naturiste, fiind obținută din nectarul mai multor tipuri de flori. Astfel, ea conține toate mineralele, vitaminele și substanțele active prezente în plantele din care este făcută. Chiar și când se cristalizează, mierea polifloră își păstrează proprietățile vindecătoare, iar procesul de cristalizare nu este decât un indicator al faptului că mierea este naturală. Dacă o preferi lichidă, o poți topi în baie de apă încălzită până la maximum 40 de grade Celsius.
