Mierea de papadie, numita adesea „miere fara miere” este un preparat foarte apropiat de consistenta si dulcetea mierii, fiind o alternativa excelenta la mierea clasica. In plus, papadia are multiple proprietati benefice. In lume sunt peste 50 de specii diferite de papdie. Frunzele de papadie sunt foarte sanatoase consumate in stare proaspata, aceasta planta fiind folosita pentru detoxifierea organismului. Consumul de papadie purifica ficatul si rinichii, stimuleaza productia de bila, scade nivelul de colesterol rau din sange, faciliteaza eliminarea calculilor biliari, rezolva constipatia si amelioreaza durerile reumatice.

Mierea este un produs excelent pentru sistemul urinar, fiind recomandat mai ales persoanelor cu probleme de ficat, de stomac, de pancreas sau de rinichi.
